The problem is, I am not from the University of the Philippines. I graduated from Central Philippine University here in Iiloilo City. I have been working as a Recruiter for 2 years now in one of the call center industry here in Iloilo. Would you consider me even if I am not from UP?

RareJob does not value their tutors too well. They give unreasonable deductions and outrageous reasons just to give the tutors lesser salary than what they should receive. THey say that you could earn 13 to 17 thousand a month, but tutors don’t get as much as 8 thousand, and with all the deductions, the tutors are really in a twist.

I wish RJ would think about their tutors as an asset and not take them for granted.
