Supervise, participate, coordinate, direct and administer all phases of the food production in order to maximize profit and maintain high standards and quality for the pastry shop.
Develop new dessert menus for banquets, as well as other resort outlets, which include five full service restaurants. A minimum of five years in the pastry field is required. And a degree from a post-secondary culinary arts program is preferred.

Age not more than 35 years with atleast 3 – 5 years of proven work experience in restaurant/hotel of standard. Candidates with lesser experience need not respond
