Home Based Legal

I am looking for a person to assist me in putting some cases together.
In the beginning this job will start as part-time leading to full-time if you show an aptitude for it.
You will need a PC, broadband and access to skype.
I work as an employment consultant for www.essexstaff.com and am dealing primarily with staff who have either been dismissed from their jobs unfairly or been discriminated against by their employers in the UK.
I have currently three cases that I am dealing with:
1) a nurse
2) a ward sister
3) an off the counter manager of a pharmacy
I have to take the first case to an internal appeal in the nhs, and I need someone to do the paperwork for me, that is to present the file in an ordered way.
If you are able to do this efficiently, then I can recommend you to the solicitor that I am working with and you would have more cases.
You would need to equip yourself in part with an understanding of the British Employment legal system, and assist me in putting together a file to support the nurse who is appealing to get her job back.
This job may later require you at times to talk to the client and gain their case history.

Responsible for consistency of copy across all channels (print, web, and pre-trip)
Manage group of 3 freelance writers
Ability to take (or proactively seek out) direction from executive level and translate into marketing copy
Lead creative team in content migration initiatives
Conceptualize and write promotional copy for web, direct mail catalogs, letter packages and collateral communications
Update and edit existing copy from various sources according to project specifications, marketing directives, and new product information
Manage, mentor, review work by, and give feedback to copywriters
Utilize web based ecirc and content management systems

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Fast, flexible, detail-oriented, and cooperative work style
Project management experience a plus, but not required

Position Description
The Virtual Assistant will prioritize and complete high volumes of tasks and varying projects; react with appropriate level of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround; take appropriate action without having to know the total picture; and efficiently solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the department or other related groups. The Virtual Assistant will need to learn and efficiently teach these projects proficiently. The Virtual Assistant is highly functional in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. These tasks and projects include, but are not limited to the following:
