KILN Burner Operator (codeHMT)

Operates and controls rotary kiln, including its auxiliaries to burn blended mixture of limestone, iron ore, burning and silica sand into cement clinker, maintaining optimal rates of kiln feed, fuel injections and other variable factors to achieve desired quantity, quality and fuel economy.

Directs and coordinates work activities relative to the inspection of equipment cleaning of the entire kiln line including the pre-heater complex and clearing of clogs as well as the conduct of work activities in his assigned area during the periodic shutdown.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree from reputable school in Engineering or equivalent and with a professional license.

With at least two (2) years experience earned in the cement manufacturing industry. With advanced technical trainings gained from Cement industry;

Above average oral and written communication and presentation skills;
Proficient in MS-Office andor equivalent computer applications.
