Job Description:

• Conducts counseling of delinquent members;
• Personally deliver notice/final demand for delinquent members and their co-makers;
• Collects payments from members with past due accounts and compromise agreement on a daily or regular basis;
• Conducts Credit and Background Investigation and Property Appraisal;
• Assists in monitoring delinquent accounts including compromise and past due accounts;
