Experienced Sales Engineer
We are currently inviting applications for experienced and confident Sales Engineer to join our team. Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast paced business environment and can adapt to all situation. Strongly motivated and positive attitude is essential role play. Outstanding verbal and written communications ability in English & enthusiastic warm personality are important competencies needed to succeed in this role.
We are particularly seeking people with the following skills and experience;

Responsibility:

?Know how to read and draw mechanical drawings
?Able to solve and communicate with customers when problems occurs
?Able to work independently and self motivated
?Provide guidance towards actions, goals and planning
?Lead and facilitate all strategic revenue initiatives
?Accurately report revenue forecasting and pipeline
?Build close links between all news business units to ensure maximization of our market opportunities

Requirements:
• Male, 27 to 35 years old
• B.A of Science in Mechanical Engineering
• Able to design molds using Auto Cad programs
• Know how to read & explain mechanical drawings
• Preferable 3 to 5 years experience in sales and marketing of industrial area
• Excellent English in both verbal and written communications skill
• MS office and computer skill is essential
• Valid driver’s license is necessary

We are currently inviting applications for Form Grinding Technicians to join our team. Working in small, safety focused teams you will work in efficient day-to-day operation while identifying for improvements.

We are particularly seeking people with the following skills and experience;

Responsibility:
Ensure work activities are undertaken in a safe manner
Actively participate in the implementation and use of the site safety system
Ensure systems, procedures and work instructions for the safe operation
Take responsible and corrective agreed action where necessary
Actively participate in site emergency response
Requirements:

Male age under 30
3 years Vocational Diploma course or High school diploma
Experienced Minimum 5 years in machining/or manufacturing environment
Willing to work in Laguna

Production Supervisor

We are currently inviting applications for experienced production supervisor to join our team. Accurate and enthusiastic warm personalities are important competencies needed to succeed in this role. Self motivation and efficiency will ensure the production line running on time.

We are particularly seeking people with the following skills and experience;

Responsibility;
• Responsible for planning and managing milling and grinding technicians onsite.
• Know-how to operate milling machine and Form grinding machine
• Advise contractor on daily production targets. Contribute to minimize downtime.
• Responsble in accurate and precisious QA data on daily production.
• Participate in daily production planning and other specific meetings.
• Suggest improvements to process and operations

Requirement:
• Male age between 30 to 35 or above
• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, 3 years Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Production Operations or equivalent.
• Skills in milling and grinding operations

QA Environmental Engineer

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s Degree in the area of Chemical or Chemical Engineering
•ISO 14001 and TS16949/ISO9001 experience is preferred

•lanning and performance of Internal audit of the quality management and environmental management system
•Follow up of improvement, containment and corrective actions
•Manage all 3rd party audits in ams PHI in cooperation with the head quarters of austriamicrosystems
•Acts as key owner in ams PHI Babteq CAQ and material declaration data base in cooperation with UPS
•Responds to questionnaires from customers regarding material declaration and analyses certificate within required timeframe and prepare material declaration documents for products
•Answers all environmental related customer inquiries
•Work closely with the Facility department in handling legal and other related environmental requirements
•Manages environmental protection activities for all areas of austriamicrosystems PHI
•Collects quality and environmental relevant data (KPIs, Statistics etc.)
•Performs environmental training to all austriamicrosystems PHI employees
