Production Supervisor
We are a precision semi-conduct molds and tools manufacturing company, located at Philippine Economic Zone Authority in Laguna. We are currently in need of competent, diligent and highly motivated individuals to be part of our Company.
We are currently inviting applications for experienced production supervisor to join our team. Accurate and enthusiastic warm personalities are important competencies needed to succeed in this role. Self motivation and efficiency will ensure the production line running on time.
We are particularly seeking people with the following skills and experience;
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for planning and managing milling and grinding technicians onsite.
2.Know-how to operate & manage all the machines such as milling machine, Form grinding machine,Surface Grinder & CNC Milling machine.
3.Advise contractor on daily production targets. Contribute to minimize downtime.
4.Responsble in accurate and precisious QA data on daily production.
5.Participate in daily production planning and other specific meetings.
Suggest improvements to process and operations.
Requirements:
Male age between 28 to 34
Preferably Supervisor / 3 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma & 3 years Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Required language(s): English,Filipino
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must know all about precision machines.
Honest, diligent, & responsible personality.
Full-Time and Contract position available.
Applicants must be willing to work in LIIP,Laguna.

Previous experience working within milling & grinding machines & similar production work environment would be considered highly advantageous.
