IT Staff  Executive Assistant  Receptionist
(Central Luzon – Clarkfield, Pampanga)

Responsibilities:

For IT Staff ( 1 Vacancy):

Will handle IT requirements of the company such as purchase and set-up of computers  maintenance
Handle  coordinate with SMK-Japan for networking system
will create database
And other task maybe assigned to him by the superior

For Executive Assistant ( 1 vacancy):

Responsible to update the President  Japanese with their schedules
Responsible with the papers  documents need to be sign  approve by the president
Assist accompany the needs of the President and Japanese
And other task maybe assigned to her by the superior

For Receptionist ( 1 vacancy):

Responsible in answering all up-coming calls
Handle the monitoring for meeting rooms recervations
Assist  accompany all visitors
And Other task maybe assigned to her by the superior

Requirements:

For IT Staff•

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’sCollege Degree , Engineering (ComputerTelecommunication) or equivalent.
Required skill(s) -Database creation, networking, softwarehardware maintenance.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Clarkfield,Pampanga.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in ITComputer – NetworkSystemDatabase Admin or equivalent.
