I am looking for a part time to full time accounting manager to work virtually 9-5 EST. Must know quick books very well and be able to create various reports in quick books. Needs to be 100% accurate and fast with data entry. We enter dozens of transactions and sometimes hundreds a day into quick books from authorize.net credit card transactions. Needs to know how to manage and fight credit card charge backs successfully. Applicant should be able to reconcile multiple checking accounts monthly and be able to wire funds from various accounts.
Needs to understand debits and credits. Applicant should be experienced in collections and have good communication skills in english language. Applicant should be able to manage accounts payable by questioning everything for accuracy and to see how company can save money. Top performer, aggressive, loyal, motivated, self starter only need apply. This can be a long term position for right person. We are in the information marketing and internet marketing business so any experience in this area is helpful. Must have high speed internet and internet based phone. Must also be experienced in excel spreadsheets.
