EXPERIENCED Object-Oriented Software Developer/Designer
Responsibilities:
This position reports to the technical lead and is expected to:
Develop and enhance software applications through coding and testing.
Design and implement technical solutions to meet client requirements.
Provide support through the analysis, design, development and testing of client/server and SOA applications.
Display expertise with the tools, applications, and processes used for software development.
Provide training and coaching to less experienced software developers.
Troubleshoot system problems through analysis of code, identify system issues and concerns, and provide resolution.
Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of innovation.
Understand the business rules and concepts, software specifications and designs provided by the technical architect and apply them in completing the assigned task.
Requirements:
Must have minimum 2 years of extensive experience in Object-oriented programming on J2EE, C# or C++;
Knowledge in web services and SOA is a plus
Strong project management, system analysis, design, workload scheduling, leadership, and mentoring skills desired.
Interest and knowledge in mobile solutions is a plus.
Must display ability to learn in a short time and work under pressure;
Must be Versatile, Flexible, Proactive, Analytical, Disciplined and Self-motivated.
Excellent interpersonal, English written and oral communication skills.
