Customer (Student) Service Specialist for Japanese students – URGENT HIRING!

Graduate of BS Psychology, Business Administration or any related course.
Filipino citizen with the ability to speak, read and write in Nippongo.
At least 2 years experience in designing, developing and delivering customer service programs/training modules in relation to educational business.
Must know how to plan, implement and monitor especially on service-related issues.
Must have the ability to adapt to different levels in the organization.
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer oriented and proficient in MS Office.
Willing to be assigned in Lapu Lapu City.
Must be willing to begin immediately.
