Administrative Assistant (Purchasing)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Preferably have worked as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position in his/ her current/ previous jobs
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, peak work loads, projects and changing priorities
- Demonstrated a sense of urgency and ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Has initiative, resourcefulness and with good problem-solving ability
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident and assertive with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proactively manage communications through email and telephone (screening, prioritizing, routing, responding and follow-up as required)
- Proactively process expenditures, supply and equipment ordering
