Responsibilities
1. Mainly responsible for preparation and drawing of floor plan, layout and elevations of all architectural drawings;
2. Prepares Job Order, Revision, Addition and or Repairs;
3. Computes raw materials needed when requested;
4. Prepares quotation upon request;
5. Entertain walk-in guests in the absence of sales people;
6. Communicates with client when required for design verification;
7. Visits jobsite when requested.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s College Degree, Architecture or equivalent.
Required skill(s) MS Office, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCAD.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Architecture Interior Design or equivalent.
