Human Resource Supervisors
(C.A.R, Central Luzon, National Capital Reg, Southern Tagalog)
Responsibilities:
the candidate will be responsible for human resource management at the store level. The job covers manpower acquisition, employee relations and discipline, training, timekeeping and benefits administration.
Requirements:
Female; Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resource Management
With least two (2) years related experience in the same capacity
Above average verbal and written communication skills
Possesses good leadership qualities
Able to work efficiently even under pressure
Aggressive; Self-motivated; Goal-oriented
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
