Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree, any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the same capacity is required for this position.
Must have advance knowledge in over all HR Operations. (i.e. — Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training and Development, Organization Development, as well as Career and Succession Planning among others)
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Has the ability to interact effectively and work well with management and all levels of employees.
Should have excellent analytical, decision making and problem solving skills.
