Operations Supervisor (Cinema) – SM City Sta. Rosa

Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY: Ensures the proper management of the cinema operations in compliance with cinema policies and procedures.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. MANAGEMENT CONTROL
1. Recommends procedures to further improve cinema system and services.
2. Prepares report on cinema performance each month
3. Exercises control on operating cost, preventive maintenance of theater facilities and
equipment, good housekeeping (janitorial and waste disposal management) and
efficient use of human resources.
4. Ensures that all provided collaterals are being maximized to promote upcoming
movies for effective promotions.
5. Prepares daily schedule of all the staff.
6. Assists Theater Manager in building sales and promoting other services like movie
cards, theater rentals, and increase of theater ads.
B. SERVICE SUPERVISION
1. Ensures that customer needs are attended accordingly to avoid any complaints from
the moviegoers.
2. Ensures fast and friendly customer service.
3. Attends to any service bottle neck situation.
C. HOUSEKEEPING
1. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of work area, office equipment, facilities and
amenities.
2. Ensures compliance with safety and security of documents held intrust by the division.
3. Implements safety and security measures against loss, damage and mishandling of
office supplies, fixed assets, tools and equipment.
4. Assists the mall management in providing security control and safety measures to the
mall, employees and customers.
D. STAFF SUPERVISION
Ensures the proper implementation of human resources policies and procedures e.g.
orientation of new hires, coaching, mentoring, or the training and development of
subordinates, employee relations, employee discipline and performance management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees
Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or Others.
Full-Time positions available.
