Process Engineering Section Head (Wafer Probe)
(Southern Tagalog – Canlubang Calamba City)
Responsibilities:
Responsible to drive the group to achieve Wafer Probe Deliverables such as but not limited to LRR and map-edit improvement.
Responsible in providing process designs that produce the desired product (s) and volumes in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Identify skill gaps and provide direction to insure that training and education programs are implemented
Responsible in providing each business stakeholder leader with information on all aspects of process engineering matters, specifically for the improvement on major key deliverables such as but not limited to LRR/map-edit and DIT programs.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Computer), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
Professional Engineer with at least 3 to 5 years experience in a professional engineering related field.
Has the ability to manage multiple work units and program areas
Can manage a cross functional or exposed in a multicultural functions.
At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Canlubang Calamba City.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
