Sr. Java / PL-SQL Developer
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science. Masters Degree a plus.
Must have expert level knowledge of Java, EJB, SEAM, JSTL, JSF.
Must have expert level knowledge and experience working with Hibernate.
Must have expert level knowledge of EJB Transactions.
Must have expert level knowledge and experience working with WebService / SOAP calls
Must have working knowledge of AJAX.
Must be familiar with JBoss IDE.
Must have 5+ years of experience working with Java.
Must be familiar and have minimum 3+ years experience with Oracle database.
Must have knowledge of the Oracle 10g database, SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures and basic SQL tuning.
Knowledge of PHP is a Plus.
Must have excellent OO development skills, as demonstrated by having designed large scale projects.
Must have extensive experience architecting, designing and leading the development of new products in emerging markets.
Must have experience with design patterns and distributed systems.
Must be familiar with modern agile development methodologies and test-driven, component-oriented iterative development practices.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communications skills.
Must have a high degree of self-motivation and flexibility.
Must have the ability to effectively organize and prioritize multiple complex tasks .
Must have the ability and willingness to proactively interact creatively and achieve results in a dynamic small company environment.
Must have experience with Junit and testing methodologies.
Must understand the principles of Object Oriented Design and Design Patterns.
Must be familiar with various IDE (Eclipse, MyEclipse, JBuilder etc) and OO Design tools (TogetherJ, Rational).
Must have experience installing and configuring different web and application servers.
Must have good understanding of the J2EE deployment process and the ability to build applications using automated tools like Apache Ant.
Must be able to design, develop, troubleshoot, debug and deploy software modifications/integrations.
Accounting / Banking system experience is a definite plus.
