Technical Support Agent – VOIP Broadband
Job Description:
-Provide VOIP Technical Operations Support to Times Broadband phone customers;
-Provide remote technical support;
-Provide second and third tier, high level technical support to end users and field operations personnel through a working knowledge and broad background in Routers, Media Gateways, and SIP network;
-Responsible for all issues related support, installation and professional services of the product with the goal of ensuring maximum reliability and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
-Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
- fresh graduates are welcome to apply
-Excellent VOIP and Network Troubleshooting skills;
-Excellent customer service skills;
-Must understand basic TCP/IP Networking diagrams including the roles and responsibilities of Routers, Firewalls, Servers, Modems, VOIP and CPE;
-Good written and communication skills
- willing to work on a graveyard schedule
