Compensation and Benefits Specialist
(Southern Tagalog – Sta. Rosa City, Laguna and Sto. Tomas, Batangas)
Responsibilities:
Efficiently execute strategic plans in managing administration of government mandated and company-provided benefits
Assist in consistently developing rewards management strategies including design, review, enhancement, and maintenance of competitive employee benefits
Act as strategic business partner for line managers and staff, conducting regular interface and providing consistent support in benefit needs primarily to awareness and timely provision
Develop, enhance, and maintain metrics for accurate reference and reporting
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or related discipline
Masters Degree or Post Graduate Diploma an added advantage
Meaningful experience to a full spectrum in Human Capital Management with minimum 5 years in Rewards Management both in Compensation and Benefits.
Demonstrated ability in conducting Comp and Ben surveys, job matching, and benefits review using varied systems and tools. HRIS software experience an added advantage.
Deep understanding of Comp and Ben trend analysis in varied industries.
Proven strong professional background on handling Comp and Ben operations including management of government remittances and reports, handling employee queries and concerns, as well as timely reporting
A generalist experience in other competencies including Manpower Planning and Management, Employee and Labor Relations, as well as Performance Management.
Ability to provide significant contribution in the creation of Human Capital strategies, priorities, and programs
Proven professional maturity, integrity, leadership ability and energy to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Analytical, intuitive, dynamic, and a team player.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
