Technical Recruiter
Job Overview:
- To manage the company’s online job placements;
- To search for qualified candidates from online resume banks;
- To assist in screening/pre-qualifying prospective candidates;
- To conduct pre-qualification tests for pre-screened candidates;
- To match client’s requirements from available talent pool;
- To ensure constant availability of talents for critical positions;
Requirements:
- Good English communications skills;
Proficient in MS Office and other online applications (esp. Skype);
- A good IT exposure/background is required (especially in screening candidates for IT positions)
- Can work in different time zones;
- Must be willing to work in Davao City;
- Skilled in using different tools for candidate screening;
- Must possess at least 3-5 years experience in recruitment work, experienced recruiter in the BPO industry highly preferred;
