Inventory Planner and Controller

Responsibilities:

> Inventory forecasting, planning and analysis
> Daily update of Inventory database based on sales to date
> Responsible in sending of accurate Goods Available for Sale
> House cleaning and Database reconciliation
> Responsible in office supplies maintenance and distribution
> Filing and Documentation with regards to Issuance and Receiving of Goods
> Checking and verification of all shipments/ arrivals in warehouse
> Responsible in appropriate untagging and untagging of units per customers
> Tracking of all documented transaction in Database
> Preparation of all needed data to be input in SAP
> Responsible in check and balance of actual unit in database

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree in any field, Accounting graduates preferred

- Should have at least 3 years experience in ORDER PLANNING and CONTROL

- Must be analytical and highly proficient in MS EXCEL

- Willing to work in Makati
