Technical Support Representative for Laptops
(National Capital Reg, Southern Tagalog)
Responsibilities:
Document all customer calls in call tracking system.
Parts sales and order processing.
Use knowledgebase tools to search for customer solutions.
Utilize all product documentation to provide customers answers to questions and problem resolution.
Repair/Work Order processing.
Escalate calls to designated Escalation Team as per escalation procedures.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of college study. University degree preferred.
Preferably with Minimum of 6 months call center experience
Basics of Computers including Operating Systems, hardware and internet.
A working knowledge of MS Word / Excel
Good Communication Skills
