Front Office Receptionist
We are a new hotel looking for dynamic individuals who can be part of our team as
FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To carry out the day-to-day administration of the front office, including handling of incoming
• phone calls, incoming and outgoing mail;
• Responds promptly to a variety of queries from online, walk-in prospects and registered guests;
• Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining accommodations, rates and modes of payment;
• Checks out guests, prepares bills and explains the bill;
• Liase with other departments (e.g. Security, Accounting, Housekeeping) on guest-related
and building concerns;
• Responds to a variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs and
• adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction; and
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of a four-year course preferably in Hotel & Restaurant Management,
Tourism, Marketing or any business course;
• Customer-service oriented with excellent communication and human relations skills;
• Willing to work extended hours / shifting schedules;
• Must be energetic, flexible and attentive to details;
• Proficient in MS Office applications; and
• Preferably with relevant experience in a similar position.
