Key Account Specialists
(NCR, South Luzon, North Luzon, Cebu)
Responsibilities:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and Manage Relationships with Key Retailers Business Centers
Account Management Business Development in the assigned Key Accounts
Push Sales and Maximize In-Store Presence
Train Retail Staff and Subordinates
Collect and Report Market Intelligence
Monitors execution of projects at the Outlet Stores
Support Team Leader and Field Manager in Planning Activities
Requirements:
Male or Female, 23 -30 years old
Holder of a college degree (4 or 5-year course) from a reputable university or college
With 2 years or more experience in sales, marketing or distribution gained preferably from a mobile phones, high end consumer products, electronics, or pharmaceutical industry, emphasizing on retail presence.
Good familiarity with Territory to be assigned.
Experienced in supervising a sales team is an advantage
Able to deliver under pressure
Positive attitude and self-confident
Willingness to do fieldwork and travel to assigned territory.
With excellent negotiation & communication skills
