They require a Head Chef.
The candidate must be preferably male with BHM with atleast 6 years of exp in a reputed restaurant/hotel
And must be in similar position.
Duties & Responsibilities
Must be fully conversant with all section of the kitchen and must have complete knowledge of duties involved.
Must be able to manage Kitchen team
Take charge of the entire cleanliness of the kitchen
Stock Rotation, Purchase, Costing etc.,
Skillsets:
Must be adept in Indian Cuisines Tandoori, Kababs, Indian Breads, Curries both Veg & Non Veg
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
