DigitalFilipino Blogger’s Meet

Today, I attended the DigitalFilipino Blogger’s meet held in Davao City, Grand Regal Hotel together with the TECHREADY team. It was a great event, hosted by PAGCOR. We enjoyed the food, which was free by the way, and we were updated about the local blog trends by the speaker Janette Toral, author of Blogging from Home and the administrator of DigitalFilipino.com.

As a technical support professional, you’ll be assisting people from different countries; receiving, assessing, troubleshooting and resolving support requests for products such as computer hardware and Internet Service Provider (ISP) connections. You will analyze the source of problems reported, locating trends and recommending measures to minimize or eliminate future occurrences. You must be able to handle calls and navigate the computer, while providing superb service.

Requirements:

Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or possess a vocationalshort course certificate.
Excellent English communication skills.
Good problem solving and decision making skills.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
