I am looking for freelance headhunters who will join my team and refer applicants for various job openings, particularly for the BPO / Call Center industry.
Since you will be doing freelance work, you control how much you work without leaving your current employment. For every successful candidate that you refer, provided that they sign a contract and start working for our clients, you will be getting 10% of your referral’s one month salary which should be a thousand pesos at the very least.
Should you decide to work as a head hunter, you don’t even have to break a sweat. All you need to do is talk to people you know, who you think has what it takes to be a call center agent, and convince them to apply here at our office. Please note that they should inform us that you were the one who sent them so that we can tag your referrals properly (we would want to avoid confusion with regard to the payout).
