Requirements:

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
At least 2 years supervisory experience
Knowledgeable in financial analysis, budget and variance report
Knowledge of SAP General Ledger System is preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities:

Ensure that accounting controls are in place to estimate losses caused by mistakes, omissions and fraud. Controls will be set-up and implemented in the billing functions, the cash receipt and collection functions, purchasing and all other areas directly affecting inventory;
Accurately project cash requirement both on a short-term basis (three to twelve months) and on long term basis (one to three years) within the set schedule. This standard of performance will take into account the ability to monitor, manage and control cash related transactions to ensure that the company don’t deviate significantly from the cash budget;
Handle the department, administer company policies and procedures to his subordinates, and motivate and lead his staff towards the attainment of departmental and organizational goals and objectives;
Ensure the preparation, issuance and interpretation of internal financial statements with supporting and clarifying documents;
Provide technical assistance for accounting questions which arise internally.
In-charge of checking of month-end inventory reports per manufacturing software – raw materials inventory, work in-process inventory and finished goods inventory.
Schedule observation of physical inventory count as needed and prepare variance reports after every observation of physical count so as to promptly address inventory issues, if there are any.
Devise techniques on how to maintain accuracy so as to minimize frequency of physical count.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance or Accounting
At least five (5) years related experience Finance or operational role with a manufacturing company;
With extensive knowledge in Quickbooks
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent;
With strong cost accounting and inventory control skills as well as in-depth experience in partnering with operations management in manufacturing environment;
Must have strong management skills; proven to have lead a team towards achieving department goals.
Must be willing to work in Pampanga.
