ustomer Service Representative
(Southern Tagalog – Calamba City, Laguna)
Responsibilities:
She will be responsible in following-up customer’s purchase orders, new order, coordinate deliveries and will attend to customer concerns.
She will be supporting her department in terms of administrative and logistics, programs and planning sessions. Will be consolidating reports needed by her department.
Requirements:
She must be between 22-27 years of age
Graduate of 4 year business course
Must have working experience in sales/marketing/customer service gained from Semicon/Electronics industry
She must have an effective sales and customer service relations skills
She can be able to handle multiple tasks on a strict deadline
She must have an effective communication and negotiation skills
She must be a team player, highly motivated, dependable and reliable
She must have good interpersonal skills, able to deal with different levels in the organization professionally
She must be computer literate, knowledgeable of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
General Requirement:
Work experience in an ISO Certified company
and a resident of
Laguna, Batangas nearby areas or
those willing to relocate is preferred.
