-Development and implementation of Performance Management System
-Development and implementation of Appraisal System

Requirements:
Preferably female
At least 1 year HR related experience doing the above mentioned tasks
Must be residing near Malolos
Must be knowledgeable in Windows and MS Office Application
Background in Accounting is an advantage
Knowledgeable in the Labor Code of the Philippines
Experience in I.T. firm, specifically online services is an advantage
