Customer Service Supervisor
Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities & Competencies
• To plan, organize & implement procedures/activities that shall enhance customer service to clients.
• To oversee the daily service counter operations & manning across all service centers (product receiving, product releasing, walk-in inquiries, etc.
• To effectively administer a centralized service call management system, both in-bound and out-bound and including field service call screening for immediate endorsement to the Technical Service Department.
• To ensure proper handling, timely update/feedback and appropriate resolution of relevant customer concern/s.
• Provide necessary assistance to clients on cases requiring Apple’s attention/ intervention and resolutions.
Requirements
• Graduate of any 4-year business related course.
• Male / Female, 22 – 28 years of age.
• With at least 1 -3 year work experience in Sales and/or Customer Service. Exposed in customer relations is an advantage.
• Must have good command of oral and written English.
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
• With pleasing personality, patient and courteous.
