We are looking to hire a Web Developer, Software Engineer, or IT person who also is capable of understanding the business side of running a website. At its most basic, running the site requires searching the web for coupons/deals and then to post those coupons/deals on our website. However, there are other duties required that relate to the business side such as reviewing our site analytics to determine where our users are coming from and what pages they are looking at to determine where to focus our efforts, managing our relationship with affiliate networks to maximize revenue and find new offers, and to interact with users via social media.
The reason we are looking for a Web Developer, Software Engineer, or IT person is because we believe their skills will lend themselves best to this job because it requires a high level of tech savvy to perform this job at its highest level and to do so efficiently. Plus, there will be times where you are asked to make changes to the site using HTML, CSS, JS, etc.
You must also have good writing skills
Responsibilities
* Manage listing pages for third party merchant websites.
* Search, Post, and Manage content (deals/coupons) that are added to the third party merchant listings
* Analyze site usage to determine methods to maximize CTR on coupons and to decrease bounce rate
* Maximize revenue generated through affiliate marketing
* Create SEM/SEO strategy
* Use knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS to make minor enhancements to website as needed.

Qualifications
