-Ensure that all finance related documents (BIR, licenses, invoices, Journal voucher) needed for internal and external audit requirements are updated/in place.
-Assist Accounting Manager/CFO in preparation of regional reports.

Responsibilities:

Gather financial and commercial data necessary for the credit decision;
Communicates with customer to understand and interpret financial data;

Converses with the field personnel to understand marketing strategy and gets input on credit requests;

Negotiates security as a means to bridge risk / reward;

Input data into FACTS (MS Access database);

Blend all input to make a final decision on credit line;

Ensure that all decisions are in compliance with the Global Credit policy

Requirements:

- EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related business degree. CPA or MBA an advantage;

- YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Credit Analysis Experience for 5 years in a Banking Industry or External Audit Experience for 3 years;

- REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE: With strong background in Financial Statement Analysis;

- BASIC SSSC CONTROLS REQUIREMENT: Basic knowledge in Process Controls & Compliance or similar field;

- REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: Exposure and knowledge on usage of ERP – GSAP/SAP preferred;

- REQUIRED LEVEL OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Strong command in English communication, both oral and written;

- REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS: Apply Strategic Credit Focus, Manage Credit risk, Collect Customer Debts, Manage Bad Debt, Reconcile a Customer Account and Process and Allocate Receipts;

- REQUIRED COMPETENCES: Communication, Organising, Analyses and Solves Problems, Resilience and Personal Effectiveness, Business Knowledge, Quality and Customer Focus, Team Working and Uses Business Systems & Applications;

- REQUIRED COMMITMENT: Willing to work on night shift, extended office hours and to be based in Makati City.
