Management Trainees (Based in Indonesia)

Responsibilities
• During this management trainee program, the trainees will be exposed to various aspects of operations within the company
• Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management
• Monitors performance progress with management
• Receives training in functions and operations of related division to facilitate subsequent transferability between divisions.
• Upon completion of this management trainee program, the trainee will be identified as part of the management team in specific sections of the department
• Travelling within Indonesia is required when necessary

Requirements
• Degree holders (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering) from accredited and recognized universities
• Fresh graduates with strong academic records will be considered
• Strong extra curriculum record with demonstration of leadership capability
• Positive attitude with great appetite for learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
• Strong in conceptual, analytical, research and evaluation skills
• Enjoy solving technical problems and developing creative solutions
• Good knowledge in diesel engine, hydraulic & power shift transmission would be an added advantage.
• Valid driving license
• Open to Singaporean/ Malaysian/Filipino/Thai/Japanese/Chinese
