Accounting Manager
(Central Luzon)

Responsibilities
Basic Function

Responsible for the overall direction and control of all financial concerns. Scope of responsibility includes financial and cost accounting, management accounting, asset accounting, investments and funds management, internal auditing, and taxation.

Primary Responsibilities

Analyzes financial statements and prepares monthly reporting package for the lines of businesses under responsibility

Performs financial and expense comparisons, variance analysis and P&L review

Responsible for a variety of financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, auditing and general accounting

Plays a major support in the annual and quarterly budgeting process

Participates in the weekly flash forecasting process

Performs month end close activities like journal entries, balance sheets and Other Account Reconciliations and maintains expense trackers

Communicate financial information effectively, translating financial data into meaningful information to the relevant parties

Develop the solutions to problems of difficult scope and complexity with other departments or groups

Lead and oversee deliverables of staffs
