B. S. Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or Electronics with Min of 8 yrsat least 5 years in the field instruments such level gauges, Control Valves, Orifices, etc.
Responsible for the ongoing effectiveness of all instrumentation in manufacturing and utilities facilities in the plant. This includes hardware and software if required, plus instrumentation.
Monitors performance, identifies upgrade needs (if any).
Collects, enters, analyses and interprets performance data.
Monitors and participates in instrument devices installation, modification and upgrades (preferred worked in CA-EDC Plant).

Senior Instrument Design Engineer:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a bias towards Control & Instrumentation
preferred
2. At least 10-year experiences working on Offshore Design and in Oil & Gas industry
from the permitting and design phases through end of project (conceptual and/or basic
and/or detailed design) in Instrument Engineer position or higher position in Engineering
Company
3. Making the detailed plan for training Client’s Instrument engineers on job and
also overseas to develop the engineering capacity.
4. Demonstrable experience in the detailed design of oil and gas industry, with in-depth
knowledge of hazardous area regulations and design requirements (in English)
5. Should have a good experience in Front End Engineering Design (FEED) projects.
6. Must have Extensive expertise in offshore design and FEED Engineering.
7. Shall have handled FEED Engineer and EPC contractor and developed their
deliverable.
8. Must have been in Consultant’s organization for at least 3 years in similar
position.
9. Must be Instrument Engineering Team Leader in at least 2 successful projects
in FEED/Detailed Design for Offshore Oil &Gas Platform
10. Excellent interpersonal skills; a person who listens well, respects diversity of
opinions and has an open, clear and succinct communication style
11. Effective organizational and time management skills in handling multiple projects,
performing a variety of tasks, and meeting required deadlines
12. Ability to represent the company to the staff, clients and community by ensuring the
best image is presented
13. Application knowledge of client’s systems and programs
14. Ability to accurately apply codes and regulations
15. Ability to coordinate with all disciplines, extract and relay relevant information for
complex projects
16. Ability to write reports not requiring significant editing
17. Ability to identify risks
18. Project Closing Report, experienced lessons after each previous completion project.
