Field Channels Development Staff for North Luzon and South Luzon (Consumer Electronics Company)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Executes Company Plans by administering Field/Store based Sales/Customer service activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, products assigned and timeline
Assigned/Managed the Company’s concept stores; concessions
onducts Daily, Weekly and Monthly Inventory and provide reports as agreed with Immediate Superior
Responds to and follows up sales inquiries accordingly;
Replenishes stocks accordingly.
Monitors and responds on market and competitor activities and provides relevant reports and information to Immediate Superior/Head Office.
Communicates, liaises and negotiates internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Liaises and attends trade shows, exhibits and other outside activities approved by Immediate Superior to enhance and add value to the company’s products and services.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:
With six (6) months to one (1) year experience in field sales
Preferably from consumer electronics, telecom or IT industries
Assertive, outgoing, well presented and businesslike is essential
Ability to motivate self in the attainment of sales goals
Possess good negotiation and account management skills
Comfortable in dealing with senior managers / executives
Possess high patience and tolerance in customer service transactions and complaints handling
Emphatic communicator and can see things from the other person’s point of view
Good oral and written communication skills
