ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT HR SPECIALIST
(Bulacan)
Responsibilities
Responsible for the proper accounting of remittances of sales team and safekeeping and accountability of all collection. Prepare and submit in a timely and accurate manner all required daily reports. Accountable for the maintenance of customer information and other transactions in the IT system to ensure that all the needed information can be accessed.
Will be trained to act as a Customer Records Systems Administrator
Must ensure valid and accurate maintenance of records in the system
Validates entries and transactions posted in the system
Monitors accuracy of system inventory against actual warehouse stocks.
Generates reports and provides sales figures when needed.
Provides necessary data and report to assist the Operations Manager and Finance Manager
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s College Degree , Business Stu-dies Administration Management, Commerce, Finance Accountancy Banking or equivalent.
Female at least 23-35 years old
With at least 2 years experience as cashier or teller
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Human Resources function is required for this position. Must know about labor laws and knowledgeable about government benefit programs (i.e. SSS, Pag-ibig, HDMF)
Literate in MS Word and Excel
Detail-oriented, service-oriented, honest and can handle multiple tasks.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
Must be willing to work in Guiguinto, Bulacan. Full-time positions available
