As the CEO of National Strategic Corporation, I am seeking a very flexible, task-oriented, loyal, and effective individual to help work on multiple projects. Our company works with clients all over the Midwestern United States to help small and medium size businesses grow, increase their offerings, and derive more sales. I will need my assistant to help me with every part of the business. These could be projects like answering emails from clients, managing reporting systems, designing websites for clients (VERY HELPFUL IF YOU CAN MODIFY A FLASH WEBSITE TEMPLATE AND HAVE FAMILIARITY WITH THIS SOFTWARE), completing sales for clients, running the administrative work for a distribution facility… etc. We work with a lot of businesses and it will take some time to get the right individual up to speed. This is absolutely a full time, multi-year engagement.
Responsibilities will increase when the appropriate candidate has demonstrated the ability to work effectively and independently. Expect monthly pay increases of $25/mo along with responsibility increases, if you are doing a good job.
Again, the perfect candidate is very effective, has excellent english, is familiar with SEO, can design a website in Flash, and can learn new tasks very very quickly.
