Minimum Requirements
Prepare, present, and serve top quality meals and pastries according to menu specifications and crew size based on weekly menu plan.
* Ensure food costs are controlled and that all groceries are utilized effectively.
* Ensure work areas, equipment and camp are sanitized and cleaned on a regular basis.
* Ensure paperwork and inventories are completed accurately, thoroughly, and neatly.
* Supervise staff and provide appropriate feedback to staff regarding performance.
* Address any client concerns regarding catering services in a professional and positive manner.
* Assist with unloading, loading and stocking of groceries and supplies.
* Chair Safety Meetings
Previous experience in a similar environment would be an asset to this position
Age not more than 35 years
Nationality: Asian Preference to candidates from Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore
Contract Period : 2 years
Location Alberta – Canada
It is unlawful to live and work in Canada without a Valid work permit.
Pl note that this position is on work permit and it is the candidate who will have to bear his work permit expenses and only such candidates who are in a position to spend need respond.
