Requirements:
- Male, not more than 45 years old
- At least 5 years of experience in
service operations, preferably in IT
industry, 3 years of which in
managerial position
Skills / Knowledge required:
- Management of daily service delivery
and operations.
- Customer service
- System and computer operations and
peripherals
- IT Maintenance services (hardware and
software)
- Disaster recovery
- Data monitoring
- In-warranty and out-of-warranty
services
- Organizing, prioritizing, scheduling
and monitoring staff work and services
