RETAIL STORE MANAGER
(Saudi Arabia – RIYADH)

Responsibilities

Retail Manager is in chagre of handling and overseeing all the day-to-day processes that are carried out in the store.
Manages the product inventory, salespersons, goods for display, sales, etc. However, he doesn’t manage every single record of a product, but roughly has a record of all products and the people who are responsible for managing the products.
Apart from product and customer management, he also has to take care of the interests of the members in his sales team, as they are the ones who are in direct contact with the consumers.
Supervise and participate in recruiting by taking interviews of eligible candidates. However, in large retail stores, he may take help from an HR professional for candidate screening processes and other recruitment activities.
He also has a very important duty of imparting training and development to the employees and salespersons. Training and development is essentially needed for employees to increase sales and serve the consumers in a better manner.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s College Degree , Business Studies Administration Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in RIYADH,KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA.
Preferably Supervisor 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – RetailGeneral or equivalent.
