HR Admin Manager
Responsibilities:
The HR Manager is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the vital support role of Human Resource Management in the attainment of company objectives. The person will incorporate recruitment with the development of strategic pay structures, performance development with appraisal systems, and training with employee development. The role will also call for proper Human Resource records management and communication of set policies and procedures to concerned team members.
· Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the vital support role of Human Resource Management in the attainment of company objectives.
· Performance Management
· Ensure Compliance of employees with established rules and procedures of the Company
· Ensures Compliance with rules and regulations of the government such as Government mandated benefits
· Contracts Management
· Employee Relations / Labor Relations Management
· Ensures Employee Health and Safety
· Keeps up to date with Training and Development for employees
· The role will also call for proper Human Resource records management and communication of set policies and procedures to concerned team members
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and delegate.
- Ability to seek out, manage and influence opportunities for continuous improvement and change.
- Ability to ensure that the highest standards of quality and customer care are achieved.
- Understanding of the Labor Code of the Philippines.
- Knowledge on the industries HR best practices.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment.
