DigitalFilipino Blogger’s Meet

Today, I attended the DigitalFilipino Blogger’s meet held in Davao City, Grand Regal Hotel together with the TECHREADY team. It was a great event, hosted by PAGCOR. We enjoyed the food, which was free by the way, and we were updated about the local blog trends by the speaker Janette Toral, author of Blogging from Home and the administrator of DigitalFilipino.com.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides the leadership and support for the overall assessment, development, and implementation of key strategic Human Resource projects and programs across all lines of business as assigned by the VP Human Resources. Will assist and support client/site launch needs.
REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, any field; BS/BA degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5-7 years proven project management design and or consulting experience, preferably involving human resource programs
Must posses 3-5 years demonstrated experience and knowledge of employment law and corporate HR generalist functionality.
3-5 years proven experience designing and delivering measurement programs.
Applicants must be willing to work in Novaliches and/or Iloilo City.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
