Field Service Engineers

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronics with 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Must have hands on experience in Programming Logic Control (PLC).

Must possess leadership qualities with good communication skills.

Must be willing to travel and must be a holder of a driving license.

Task Description:

Provide installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services on Tetra Pak Packaging Equipment at the customer’s plant.

Conducts training internally and of customer personnel on hightech aseptic liquid packaging equipment.

Liaison with customers to establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship as well as follow-up with customers’ concerns and problems.

Perform components troubleshooting on high-tech aseptic liquid packaging, processing and distribution equipment in the field.

Maintains and administrate customer files and reporting.

- Executive support experience.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize responsibilities, follow through and get the job done attitude.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated self-starter who is not afraid to ask important questions

- Business development: Research and contact potential new clients for whole sale department. Record all the calls and archive them for future training.

- Examine current customer websites, keep products up to date.

- Billing and aging reports — Electronically bill customers, provide a weekly aging report for all past due invoices to each billing customer.

- Misc. Office Work – Compose, edit, and format all required correspondence. Maintain an accurate and thorough contact database, effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating flexibility, poise and attention to detail.

- Extremely comfortable working in US EST Time Zone (OHIO)

- Willing to go extra mile and work overtime (if ever required).

- Extremely confident on phone and must be trained in US accent.
