Production Manager – Valenzuela City
A. Technical Expertise
1. Proficiency with manufacturing processes, quality control, production scheduling, material control, engineering and maintenance.
2. Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, Production Systems and Lean Manufacturing practice
3. Knows how to use productivity tools like 7QC Tools, QCC, TPM, JIT etc.
4. Computer Literate: Microsoft Power Point, WORD, Excel, Etc.
B. Others
1. At least 10 years progressive experience in multi-national companies or local companies with foreign clients and with at least 100 employees.
2. A minimum of five years production and quality management experience.
3. Knowledgeable in development and implementation of productivity and improvement tool.
4. Strong ability to identify issues and formulate practical and effective solutions.
5. Male or Female, preferably 30-40 years old
6. Qualified Licensed Engineer or Engineering Graduate with good scholastics records (EE, ME, IE)
7. MBA studies or units is an added advantage
8. Willing to work in Valenzuela City
