JOB SUMMARY: The person in this position will be required to have a minimum of 2 years of skills in the areas of administrative support.

We are looking for excellent written and verbal English skills with ability to write and re-write articles, emails, web content, sales pages and to proof and edit grammar. We are also looking for someone experienced in project management and customer service to keep track of communications with ustomers. This position also requires great organizational skills and ability to prioritize events and tasks. This person must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and also with Google Docs and Google Calendar.

The ability to run keyword searches and select high value, low competitive keywords using both automated programs and manual searches is a must. Also, intermediate level experience in Word Press installation and editing is required.

Must have computer in good working condition and high-speed Internet access that is dependable. Must be willing to follow company policies that include a regular daily schedule of hours dedicated to us and to keep regular daily time records of tasks and communication.

POSITION DESCRIPTION & DUTIES:
1.Write and re-write articles, emails, web content and sales pages
2.Proof and edit written content for proper spelling and grammar
3.Provide support for project management
4.Keep track of customer communications in email and on a membership site
5.Run keyword searches on both manual and automated programs
6.Install and edit Word Press sites
7.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
8.Proficient with the use of Google Docs and Google Calendar

WORK HOURS – REQUIREMENTS: 8 hours per day, Monday – Friday. We are looking for someone who can work either 8:00 – 5:00 or 9:00 – 6:00 in the Philippines time zone so that we can match up some of our daytime work hours here in the US.

COMPENSATION: This position pays $350 a month which is split into 2 separate pay periods in the month. Electronic payment provided via either Paypal or Xoom.

COMPANY POLICIES: Team members are provided a Work for Hire Agreement as Independent Contractors and are NOT provided with holiday, sick leave or any other pay for days or hours not worked. All time is tracked by a Daily Time Report form.
