Duties and Responsibilities:

•Prepares, updates, and maintains medical records of each employee.
•Gives referrals and instructions to applicants for Physical Examinations and other medical consultations and relates the results with the HRD.
•Cleans and sterilizes medical instruments and requests, maintains, and controls proper stocks of medicines.
•Refers/transports employees needing confinement to hospitals accredited by the company HMO.
•Acts as a liaison between the company and the medical institution regarding the health status of the confined employee.
•Conducts seminars, training and drills, together with the safety officer, regarding health and safety.
•Files for the necessary forms and documents needed by the Social Security System (for sickness and maternity benefits) and the Company’s HMO.
