Requirements:
- Male and Female, not more than 40
years old
- At least 3 years as Sales Supervisor
in Real Estate/Memorial Park Industry
Skills Required:
- Proven track record in managing and
directing a highly skilled, motivated
successful and results-oriented sales
force
- Strong leadership qualities with good
communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A pro-active self starter who can
operate both individually and as part
of a team
- Strong foundation in strategic and
tactical selling for a complex sale
- Highly effective sales management
abilities
